The Tragedy

I find a light.

Today, at 5;52pm, my uncle and aunt bbm-ed in our family group saying that my grandmother had a mild stroke at her face. My uncle called the ambulance, and they brought her to the hospital.

At that moment, I stared at my blackberry’s screen. Froze after reading those sentences.

MY GRANDMA.

My sweet, old grandma..

Stroke? Hospital? Was it really bad???? Well….. I really had no idea. At that moment, I just hoped that she would be fine, and would be back to normal. Pleasee.

I didn’t know what to do, and after all, there’s nothing I could do since I’m all the way here, and she’s at least 200+km from where I’m at.

The only thing I could do, was… to pray. Pray to the Almighty, so that she would be okay.

I was told that, my cousin [who is a fresh graduate doctor] was with her when she was suspected from the mild stroke. Well, at least my grandma wasn’t alone right? *phew*

And then, at 7:51pm my uncle posted,

Initial scan looks okay but had to wait for further development as it is quite new. Initial sugar level was low 1.6 only. They had gave her glucose drip. Now sugar 17 already. Glucose drip is stopped. Mom had been transferred to ICU

ICU? Is her condition gotten worst? This worries me.

Then, I had to rush to choir practice, and I’m already late, so I told Im to pick me up. Thanks Im, I really owe you something.

Choir practice ended at 10.30pm which is half an hour early, thank goodness! Then, I got a notification, in the family group saying that my grandma started to talk and asked for grandpa. There’s even a picture of it, where my uncle posted it in our family private group. Looking through the picture, I think she’s a little okay now. Alhamdulillah.

My grandparents are the cutest couple in the universe! And my grandma, is a great fighter. Well, she gives me hope ! ;)

Apart from that, I would like to thank to all my friends who were concern, and care enough to pray for my grandma, and told me that my grandma is going to be fine, insha-Allah and told me to be strong facing this news. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

I LOVE YOU ALL.
